#SoCaltech: Sanvi Pal
“I always wanted to work on Neuroprosthetics because both of my parents have polio. And I feel like it's something that would really help them. So I'm just like, 'Pinch me, this is so surreal!' I'm here, and I'm very excited. I think I've realized that everyone in this school is so genuinely passionate about like one specific research interest or academic interest. And honestly, I love that and I admire that so much. It's something that brings such good energy to the room. Their passion is something that you can appreciate and you always learn new things from.”
First-year student Sanvi Pal, discussing the start of the new school year.
